Forgiveness

Forgiveness, there are many reasons why we should walk in it.  It could easily be a whole sermon subject.

Think about it like this for a moment. Do you like to wear your sunglasses inside your house? How about after you turn off the lights? No, probably not. Holding a grudge or keeping unforgiveness is just like wearing your sunglasses all the time and wearing blinders together. You strain your eyes to see anything.

God is the light! Forgiveness doesn’t make the pain go away, but it helps remove what clouds and darkens your vision so you can see more of God’s light. Instead of straining to see what’s right in front of you, you can have a panoramic view of the world.

In Psalm 115:12-13 it is written, “The Lord has been mindful of us, He will bless us…He will bless those who fear (revere, call upon) the Lord, the small together with the great.”
