How We Live Sets Us Apart
Feb 23, 2017
This story of kids’ choirs is a funny story, but it is exceptionally true of our adult lives as well. Just like the kids, we wander with our eyes, and thoughts, and our actions. All while someone else is watching us, and judging us. Then we watch others & judge them; knowing they’re not doing what they should be doing, or could be doing, or living up to their potential.
The world watches Christians closely to point out our flaws, because they think we need to be perfect and submissive, forgetting that we’re just people with flaws and we stumble.
Christians judge the world for their flaws and often times forget that they are just people with flaws. In the beginning, we were created as people. Through our lives, we’re still people. In the end we all die as people.
How we live our lives is what sets us apart. How we use the gifts and talents that God created in each of us is what sets us apart. Be kind to someone today, say hi to everyone you see, be a good reflection and guide that you would follow.
