Day 13 of God’s Love for Us

A friend sent me a blog post from Lysa Terkeurst today, in it was this message, “God’s love isn’t based on me…Its simply placed on me…”

That made me think deeply. Then as I was reading the suggested passages from Our Daily Bread, I came across this scripture to help back up that thought, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works (our individual talents, dreams, goals, and mission), which God prepared beforehand so that we may walk in them(those talents, dreams, goals, and His mission)” (Ephesians 2:10)

If God considers us His workmanship as His work of art, who are we to disrespect ourselves or others by thinking any less? (Paraphrased from the notes about this verse in my NASB Life Application Study Bible)
