Day 26 of God’s Love for Us

“Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him, (This is God speaking to us when we set our love on Him); I will set him securely on high, because He knows My name.

“He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in (times of) trouble; I will rescue him and honor him.

“With a long life I will satisfy him and let him see My salvation.”””(Psalm 91:14-16)

God’s love for us is a promise when we love Him in return. He loves us first! When we know His name, “shelter, Most High, shadow, Almighty, Lord, refuge, fortress, deliverer, shield, bulwark, dwelling place.” These are just His names in this Psalm. All are names of safety. Why love anything less than safety?

If we think “Safety first,” then everything else is easy. 🙂
